UCLPartners currently holds a contract with Health Education England to manage around 45 specialty training programmes for core and higher doctors in training across parts of London, Essex and Hertfordshire. Under the direction of our Associate Directors of Education a team of Training Programme Directors manage the training programmes for each specialty to ensure that all trainees are provided with the optimum training opportunities and educational supervision.
This short animation has been created to help our 3000 trainees better navigate their way through training and development. The film highlights:
• All the ways to get involved and provide feedback on their experience
• What to do if they are experiencing difficulties
• How UCLPartners support our trainees in our role as a Lead Education Provider
